The deadline for applying for a Mynah Card to receive points worth up to 20,000 yen has been "extended to the end of February next year."

The government wants to spread the card to almost all citizens by the end of this year and is hurrying the spread of the card by abolishing the current paper health insurance card in principle in autumn 2024, and integrating it with the My Number Card.
