On the morning of the 25th, investigators from the Kanagawa prefectural police headquarters arrived at an apartment building in Koto ward, Tokyo, to conduct research related to an ongoing investigation.
After ringing the intercom, the investigators were waiting for the male resident to answer the door when a passerby found him lying on the ground and he was later pronounced dead. The incident happened just before 8 AM.
Believing that the man might have jumped from his room, the police are carrying out further investigations into the details of the case.
