From the building’s peak, which is the observatory on the 40th floor, visitors can have a panoramic view of Osaka City! 3. Universal Studio Japan

Universal Studio Japan is not only Osaka’s but also one of Japan’s most famous theme parks, attracting millions of visitors each year.
