17-year-old high school boy arrested for touching the breasts of 3 women, one after another out of “uncontrollable sexual desire”

A male student in his senior year of high school was arrested today, the 24th, for touching the breasts of 3 women in the age range from the teens to 40s, one after another on a street in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City. The boy claimed that he “could not suppress his sexual desire.”

Arrested on suspicion of indecent assault was a 17-year-old. male high school senior living in Hakata Ward of Fukuoka City. He is suspected to have touched the breasts of 3 women, aged 48, 18, and 23, over their clothes on the street in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City on the 23rd of last month. It is believed that he committed the act successively in a span of 30 minutes from 1:24 AM. 

According to the police, the male student and the 3 women did not know each other. However, he was captured by surveillance cameras located around the area. During questioning, the student admitted to the charges, explaining: “I admit to having committed such acts, which was because I was not able to control my sexual desires.”
